If you are unhappy with your prints or gifts, SmugMug will reprint or refund your order, whichever you prefer. Simply send email to help@smugmug.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Note: SmugMug uses a professional lab renowned for their color accuracy and consistency, but they do not attempt to make adjustments to your photos. The significance is that you may not like their results if a camera setting was off, but you'll probably think their results are better than any consumer lab for well-exposed photos with good color balance. Replacement prints from them almost always look identical to the first set you receive, but SmugMug can often help adjust your originals to provide better results. |
